An Experienced Divorce Attorney
My goal is to make sure that even through the disruptive process of divorce, all parties maintain their dignity and we work together to develop a legal strategy that is appropriate to your own particular family situation. I do not intentionally destroy relationships and always keep in mind that we are balancing what is best for you as a whole, rather than sacrificing your "real" life to win in court and lose other important things along the way. All too often I have seen clients having been given bad advice by other attorneys who fail to keep in mind that thier clients, while desiring to win in court, will often have relationships with thier spouse because of children after the case is done. Thier clients credit always should be preserved as much as possible during a divorce as well. I am mindful of you as a "whole" person throughout this process and give you the same advice that I would give to a family member. | |
